I first had a previous experience of almost 10 years in vending machines for baguettes. This taught me a lot about this activity, allowing me to meet many artisan bakers and get to know them and their needs and also enabling me to discover a major innovation that I protected with a patent. This brings significant advantages such as distribution reliability, capacity despite record compactness.
I then made the choice to create my own product and for this I created the company ICI Baguettes in 2019.
The demand was quickly very strong and has been growing every year since. The first feedback is very conclusive with great users satisfactions, which is one of the company's primary concerns. In 2022, ICI Baguettes is taking a step forward with new premises and the hiring of several technicians to better meet demand.
